How long will it take my order to ship out?

Please give me 7 business days to ship out your order. Once shipped, you will get an email notification that will include tracking information.

I accidently gave the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please let me know immediately (prior to the order being shipped out) via email at hello@tonixwellness.com and I will do what I can to make the change in time. Depending on when you let me know, this may be above me.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Can I really compost most of my Tonix containers?

Yes! All of our “plastic” and stickers are compostable. Our glass pre-roll containers and glass spray bottles are reusable. I know; I love it here too. :)

I am new to herbalism. Where do you recommend I start?

This is a big question, but I’m glad you asked. This is a safe space. I recommend going to our products page and reading the descriptions to learn more about the benefits of each blend. After you feel like you have a good understanding, trust your intuition. You know what is best for you.

Before your purchase

Although Tonix Wellness serves as an exceptional resource for new and old herbalist alike, I encourage all of my friends and clients to do their own research about plant medicine from MULTIPLE sources prior to purchasing or consuming any products (from Tonix Wellness or otherwise). I have done copious amount of studying and personal research on a variety of plants and different herb combinations, but I cannot (and will not) tell you what is best for you. Ultimately and above all else, I trust you to not only care for yourself, but to know what is best for your body. Do your research from a variety of sources and then trust your intuition. You are your own true guide/healer.

Packaging

All of our packaging is eco-friendly and intentionally packaged. From the cardboard box to the shredded paper. Our “plastic” storage bags are made from compostable laminated film. The bags are vegan, non-GMO, and are not made with PLA. They do not contain harmful chemicals such as bisphenol (including BPA and over a dozen other derivatives), PFAS, or phthalates.

Our stickers (and their adhesives) are also compostable. They are made from Tree-Free Unbleached Sugarcane Paper with compostable and recyclable adhesive. All made within the USA.

All packaging that is not compostable is reusable, such as the glass spray bottles and body butter jars. Feel free to tag us on Instagram and show off the creative ways you reuse you packaging for a discount code on your next order.

Sourcing

All of our herbs are sourced ethically and directly from growers on farms as close to Long Beach, California as possible. All herbs are organic and ethically sourced.
