Massage Therapy/Bodywork
This sacred treatment blends the modalities of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Tui Na and Reiki for a rounded healing experience. Great for folks with chronic tightness seeking relief Or those hoping to experience more balance in the body. My deep knowledge of the body pulling from yogic wisdom, Western anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy medicine allows me to create a holistic and personalized treatment.

Assisted Stretch Therapy
Hoping to start incorporating more stretching into your routine, but you don't know where to start? Allow me to create a stretch plan for you. I will assess your flexibility using PNF (contract and release) stretching. After each session, you will have the option of receiving homework stretches to enhance the results of our work together.
